Smolna Sopot is a small housing estate, perfectly situated in the spatial structure of the Tricity away from tourist trails and the bustle of the city.
The investment draws from Scandinavian architecture and design. It combines elegant simplicity, minimalism of form and harmonious coexistence of home and nature. The uniqueness of the investment is emphasized by noble materials: wood, stone, raw concrete. The facades of the multi-story buildings were covered with wood fired using the Shou Sugi Ban method, the designers used SILESIA-2 boards.
The whole is complemented by numerous greenery filling the estate. Various species of grass, shrubs and trees, including evergreen ones, were taken care of, thanks to which the estate is green all year round. Spacious terraces and balconies allow you to enjoy communing with nature. Smolna is a place where luxury meets nature, creating a unique place to live.
